(ii) मि 5 म,ें "इल्मेनाइट, रूटाइल और जिरकॉन" िब्िों के स्ट्र्ान पर, " इल्मेनाइट और रूटाइल िो टेरी या तटीय बालू म ें पाए िाने िाल े तटीय बाल ू खजनिों म ें जमलते ह"ैं िब्ि रखे िाएंगे। (iii) मि 6 और उससे संबंजधत प्रजिजियों के स्ट्र्ान पर, जनम्नजलजखत मि और प्रजिजियााँ रखी िाएंगी, अर्ाचत:् –– 1442 GI/2024 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] “6. कैडजमयम: (i) प्रार्जमक उत्पादित अयस्ट्क म ें अन्तर्िचि कैडजमयम धातु पर प्रभाय च कैडजमयम धात ु के औसत जिक्रय मल्ू य का चार प्रजतित। उत्पादित अयस्ट्क म ें अन्तर्िचि उपोत्पाि कैडजमयम धात ु पर प्रभाय च (ii) उपोत्पाि कैडजमयम धात ु के औसत जिक्रय मूल्य का िो प्रजतित।"; (iv) मि 10 और उससे संबंजधत प्रजिजियों के पश्चात, जनम्नजलजखत मि और प्रजिजियााँ अंत:स्ट्र्ाजपत की िाएंगी, अर्ाचत्: –– “10क. कोबाल्ट: उत्पादित अयस्ट्क म ें अन्तर्िचि कोबाल्ट धात ु पर प्रभाय च कोबाल्ट धात ु के औसत जिक्रय मल्ू य का चार प्रजतित। (i) प्रार्जमक उत्पादित अयस्ट्क म ें अन्तर्िचि उपोत्पाि कोबाल्ट धात ु पर प्रभाय च (ii) उपोत्पाि कोबाल्ट धात ु के औसत जिक्रय मूल्य का िो प्रजतित।"; (v) मि 19 और उससे संबंजधत प्रजिजियों के पश्चात, जनम्नजलजखत मि और प्रजिजियााँ अंत:स्ट्र्ाजपत की िाएंगी, अर्ाचत्: – “19क. गैजलयम: (i) प्रार्जमक उत्पादित अयस्ट्क म ें अन्तर्िचि गैजलयम धात ु पर प्रभाय च गैजलयम धात ु के औसत जिक्रय मल्ू य का चार प्रजतित। (ii) उपोत्पाि उत्पादित अयस्ट्क म ें अन्तर्िचि उपोत्पाि गैजलयम धात ु पर प्रभाय च गैजलयम धात ु के औसत जिक्रय मल्ू य का िो प्रजतित।"; (vi) मि 23 और उससे संबंजधत प्रजिजियों के पश्चात, जनम्नजलजखत मि और प्रजिजियााँ अंत:स्ट्र्ाजपत की िाएंगी, अर्ाचत्: –– “23क. इंजडयम उत्पादित अयस्ट्क म ें अन्तर्िचि इंजडयम धात ु पर प्रभाय च इंजडयम धात ु के औसत जिक्रय मल्ू य का िो प्रजतित।”; (vii) मि 38क और उससे संबंजधत प्रजिजियों के पश्चात, जनम्नजलजखत मि और प्रजिजियााँ अंत:स्ट्र्ाजपत की िाएगं ी, अर्ाचत्: – “38ख. रेजनयम उत्पादित अयस्ट्क म ें अन्तर्िचि रेजनयम धात ु पर प्रभाय च रेजनयम धात ु के औसत जिक्रय मूल्य का िो प्रजतित।”; (viii) मि 41 और उससे संबंजधत प्रजिजियों के पश्चात, जनम्नजलजखत मि और प्रजिजियााँ अंत:स्ट्र्ाजपत की िाएंगी, अर्ाचत्: – “41क. सेलेजनयम: (i) प्रार्जमक उत्पादित अयस्ट्क म ें अन्तर्िचि सेलेजनयम धात ु पर प्रभाय च सेलेजनयम धात ु के औसत जिक्रय मल्ू य का चार प्रजतित। उत्पादित अयस्ट्क म ें अन्तर्िचि उपोत्पाि सेलेजनयम धात ु पर प्रभाय च (ii) उपोत्पाि सेलेजनयम धात ुके औसत जिक्रय मूल्य का िो प्रजतित।";[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 (ix) मि 47 और उससे संबंजधत प्रजिजियों के पश्चात, जनम्नजलजखत मि और प्रजिजियााँ अंत:स्ट्र्ाजपत की िाएंगी, अर्ाचत्: –– “47क. टैंटालम (कोलंबाइट-टैंटालाइट स े जभन्न अयस्ट्कों स ेउत्पादित): (i) प्रार्जमक उत्पादित अयस्ट्क म ें अन्तर्िचि टैंटालम धातु पर प्रभाय च टैंटालम धात ु के औसत जिक्रय मल्ू य का चार प्रजतित। उत्पादित अयस्ट्क म ें अन्तर्िचि उपोत्पाि टैंटालम धात ु पर प्रभाय च टैंटालम (ii) उपोत्पाि धात ु के औसत जिक्रय मल्ू य का िो प्रजतित।; 47ख. टेल्यूररयम: उत्पादित अयस्ट्क म ें अन्तर्िचि टेल्यूररयम धात ु पर प्रभाय च टेल्यूररयम धात ु के औसत जिक्रय मल्ू य का िो प्रजतित।"; (x) मि 48 और उससे संबंजधत प्रजिजियों के पश्चात, जनम्नजलजखत मि और प्रजिजियााँ अंत:स्ट्र्ाजपत की िाएंगी, अर्ाचत्: –– “48क. टाइटेजनयम (टेरी या तटीय बालू म ें पाए िाने िाल े तटीय बालू खजनिों म ें जमलन े िाले ब्राउन इल्मेनाइट (ल्यूकोजससन), इल्मने ाइट और रूटाइल स े जभन्न अयस्ट्कों स े उत्पादित): (i) प्रार्जमक उत्पादित अयस्ट्क म ें अन्तर्िचि टाइटेजनयम धात ु पर प्रभाय च टाइटेजनयम धात ु के औसत जिक्रय मल्ू य का चार प्रजतित। (ii) उपोत्पाि उत्पादित अयस्ट्क म ें अन्तर्िचि उपोत्पाि टाइटेजनयम धात ु पर प्रभाय च टाइटेजनयम धात ु के औसत जिक्रय मूल्य का िो प्रजतित।"; xi) मि 49 और उससे संबंजधत प्रजिजियों के स्ट्र्ान पर, जनम्नजलजखत मि और प्रजिजियााँ रखी िाएंगी, अर्ाचत:् –– “49. टंगस्ट्टन: आनुपाजतक आधार पर अन्तर्ििच टंगस्ट्टन राइऑससाइड (WO3) प्रजत टन अयस्ट्क पर टंगस्ट्टन राइऑससाइड के औसत जिक्रय मूल्य का तीन प्रजतित”; (xii) मि 51 और उससे संबंजधत प्रजिजियों के स्ट्र्ान पर, जनम्नजलजखत मि और प्रजिजियााँ रखी िाएंगी, अर्ाचत्: –– “51. िैनेजडयम: (i) प्रार्जमक आनुपाजतक आधार पर अन्तर्िचि िैनेजडयम पेंटाससाइड प्रजत टन अयस्ट्क पर िैनेजडयम पेंटाससाइड के औसत जिक्रय मूल्य का चार प्रजतित। आनुपाजतक आधार पर अन्तर्िचि िैनेजडयम पेंटाससाइड प्रजत टन अयस्ट्क पर (ii) उपोत्पाि िैनेजडयम पेंटाससाइड के औसत जिक्रय मल्ू य का िो प्रजतित।”; (xiii) मि 54 और उससे संबंजधत प्रजिजियों के पश्चात, जनम्नजलजखत मि और प्रजिजियााँ अतं :स्ट्र्ाजपत की िाएगं ी, अर्ाचत:् – “54क. जिरकॉन: यर्ामूल्य आधार पर औसत जिक्रय मूल्य का िो प्रजतित।“। [फा. स.ं एम.VI-16/47/2023-खान VI] डॉ. िीणा कुमारी डरमल, संयुि सजचि4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] रटप्पण:- खान और खजनि (जिकास और जिजनयमन) अजधजनयम, 1957 (1957 का 67) की िसू री अनुसूची सा.का.जन. 175(अ), द्वारा तारीख 31 माच,च 1975 को सिं ोजधत की गई और सा.का.जन. 736 (अ) द्वारा तारीख 12 असटूबर, 2023 को अंजतम बार संिोजधत की गई। MINISTRY OF MINES NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 1st March, 2024 G.S.R. 152(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 9 of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (67 of 1957), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the Second Schedule to the said Act, namely:— 2. In the Second Schedule to the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957,— (i) after item 4 and the entries relating thereto, the following item and entries shall be inserted, namely:— “4A. Beryllium Two per cent. of the average sale price of Beryllium metal chargeable on the Beryllium metal contained in the ore produced.”; (ii) in item 5, for the words, “Ilmenite, Rutile and Zircon”, the words “Ilmenite and Rutile occurring in Beach Sand Minerals found in teri or beach sands” shall be substituted. (iii) for item 6 and the entries relating thereto, the following item and entries shall be substituted, namely:— “6. Cadmium: (i) Primary Four per cent. of the average sale price of Cadmium metal chargeable on the Cadmium metal contained in the ore produced. (ii) By-product Two per cent. of the average sale price of Cadmium metal chargeable on the by-product Cadmium metal contained in the ore produced.”; (iv) after item 10 and the entries relating thereto, the following item and entries shall be inserted, namely:— “10A. Cobalt: (i) Primary Four per cent. of the average sale price of Cobalt metal chargeable on the Cobalt metal contained in the ore produced. (ii) By-product Two per cent. of the average sale price of Cobalt metal chargeable on the by-product Cobalt metal contained in the ore produced.”; (v) after item 19 and the entries relating thereto, the following item and entries shall be inserted, namely:— “19A. Gallium: (i) Primary Four per cent. of the average sale price of Gallium metal chargeable on the Gallium metal contained in the ore produced. (ii) By-product Two per cent. of the average sale price of Gallium metal chargeable on the by-product Gallium metal contained in the ore produced.”; (vi) after item 23 and the entries relating thereto, the following item and entries shall be inserted, namely:— “23A. Indium Two per cent. of the average sale price of Indium metal chargeable on the Indium metal contained in the ore produced.”;[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 5 (vii) after item 38A and the entries relating thereto, the following item and entries shall be inserted, namely:— “38B. Rhenium Two per cent. of the average sale price of Rhenium metal chargeable on the Rhenium metal contained in the ore produced.”; (viii) after item 41 and the entries relating thereto, the following item and entries shall be inserted, namely:— “41A. Selenium: (i) Primary Four per cent. of the average sale price of Selenium metal chargeable on the Selenium metal contained in the ore produced. (ii) By-product Two per cent. of the average sale price of Selenium metal chargeable on the by-product Selenium metal contained in the ore produced.”; (ix) after item 47 and the entries relating thereto, the following item and entries shall be inserted, namely:— “47A. Tantalum (produced from ores other than Columbite-tantalite): (i) Primary Four per cent. of the average sale price of Tantalum metal chargeable on the Tantalum metal contained in the ore produced. Two per cent. of the average sale price of Tantalum metal chargeable (ii) By-product on the by-product Tantalum metal contained in the ore produced. 47B. Tellurium: Two per cent. of the average sale price of Tellurium metal chargeable on the Tellurium metal contained in the ore produced.”; (x) after item 48 and the entries relating thereto, the following items and entries shall be inserted, namely:— “48A. Titanium (produced from ores other than Brown Ilmenite (Leucoxene), Ilmenite and Rutile occurring in Beach Sand Minerals found in teri or beach sands): Four per cent. of the average sale price of Titanium metal chargeable on (i) Primary the Titanium metal contained in the ore produced. Two per cent. of the average sale price of Titanium metal chargeable on (ii) By-product the by-product Titanium metal contained in the ore produced.”; (xi) for item 49 and the entries relating thereto, the following item and entries shall be substituted, namely:— “49. Tungsten: Three per cent. of the average sale price of Tungsten Trioxide (WO ) on 3 contained WO per tonne of ore on pro rata basis”; 3 (xii) for item 51 and the entries relating thereto, the following item and entries shall be substituted, namely:— “51. Vanadium: (i) Primary Four per cent. of the average sale price of Vanadium Pentoxide on contained V O per tonne of ore on pro rata basis. 2 5 (ii) By-product Two per cent. of the average sale price of Vanadium Pentoxide on contained V O per tonne of ore on pro rata basis.”; 2 56 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] (xiii) after item 54 and the entries relating thereto, the following items and entries shall be inserted, namely:— “54A.
