NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT HOME, PROHIBITION AND EXCISE DEPARTMENT AMENDMENT TO THE TAMIL NADU RECTIFIED SPIRIT RULES, 2000. [G.O.Ms.No. 12, Home, Prohibition and Excise (III-1), 17th February 2025, மாசி 5, குேராதி, தி(cid:265)வள்(cid:269)வர் ஆண்(cid:258)-2056.] No. SRO A-H/2025.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 54 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, 1937 (Tamil Nadu Act X of 1937), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Tamil Nadu Rectifi ed Spirit Rules, 2000:- A(cid:3477)(cid:3469)(cid:3478)(cid:3468)(cid:3477)(cid:3469)(cid:3478)(cid:3484).
In the said Rules, in rule 16, in sub-rule (3), in clause (ii), for the expression “or silent spirit, absolute alcohol and denatured spirit” the expression “or silent spirit and absolute alcohol” shall be substituted.
