Ms. No. 89, Co-operation, Food and Consumer Protection (B2), 30th July 2024, ஆடி 14, குர�ோதி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2055.] No. SRO A-15/2024.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 40 of the National Food Security Act, 2013 (Central Act 20 of 2013), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendments to the Tamil Nadu Food Security Rules, 2017, the draft of the same having been previously published, as required by the said sub-section (1) of Section 40. Amendments. In the said Rules. (1) for rule 19, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:- "19. Review and Monitoring.- The Commission shall hold regular meetings with the officers of the Civil Supplies Department, Social Welfare and Women Empowerment Department, Integrated Child Development Services, other concerned agencies of the State Government including Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation, Non-Government Organizations and members of the civil society and give its advice to the State Government for effective implementation of the Act"; (2) in rule 20 for sub-rule (1), the following sub-rule shall be substituted, namely:- "(1) Meeting of the Commission shall be convened by the Member-Secretary in consultation with the Chairperson' once in a month: Provided that special meeting may be convened as and when required." அறிவிக்கை [G.O. Ms. No. 89, Co-operation, Food and Consumer Protection (B2), 30th July 2024, ஆடி 14, குர�ோதி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2055.] 2013-ஆம் ஆண்டு ரேசிய உணவுப் போதுகைோப்புச் சட்டத்தின் (மத்தியச் சட்டம் 20/2013) 40-ஆம் பிரி்வச் ரசர்்நே 1-ஆம் உடபிரிவில் வழஙகைப்படடுள்்ள அதிகைோ�ஙகை்்ளக ககைோண்டு ேமிழ்ோடடு ஆளு்ர் அவர்கைள், 2017-ஆம் ஆண்டு ேமிழ்ோடு உணவுப் போதுகைோப்பு விதிகைளில் பின்வரும் திருத்ேஙகை்்ள இேனோல் கசய்கிறோர். ரமறகசோன்ன சட்டத்தின் 40-ஆம் பிரி்வச் ரசர்்நே 1-ஆம் உடபிரிவில் ரகைோரியுள்்ளவோறு அேன் வ்�வு ஏறககைனரவ கவளியி்டப்படடுள்்ளது. திருத்ேஙகைள் ரமறகசோன்ன விதிகைளில்,- (1) 19-ஆம் விதிககு பதிலோகை, பின்வரும் விதி அ்மத்துக ககைோள்்ளப்ப்ட ரவண்டும். அேோவது:- "19. மறு ஆய்வு மறறும் கைண்கைோணித்ேல்.-ஆ்ணயம், ேமிழ்ோடு நுகைர்கபோருள் வோணிபக கைழகைம், அ�சு சோ�ோ அ்மப்புகைள் மறறும் சமூகைத்தின் உறுப்பினர்கைள் உள்ளிட்ட உணவுப் கபோருடகைள் வழஙகைல் து்ற, சமூகை ்லம் மறறும் மகைளிர் உரி்மத் து்ற, ஒருஙகி்ண்நே குழ்ந்ேகைள் வ்ளர்ச்சிப் பணிகைள் மறறும் மோநில அ�சின் ஏ்னய கேோ்டர்பு்்டய முகை்மகைளின் அதிகைோரிகைளு்டன் கேோ்டர்ச்சியோன ஆய்வுக கூட்டஙகை்்ள ்்டத்தி, சட்டத்தி்ன திறம்ப்ட கசயல்படுத்துவேறகு மோநில அ�சிறகு ஆரலோச்ன வழஙகை ரவண்டும்."; (2) 20-ஆம் விதி்யச் ரசர்்நே து்ண விதி (1)-ககுப் பதிலோகை, பின்வரும் விதி அ்மத்துக ககைோள்்ளப்ப்ட ரவண்டும். அேோவது:-Aug. 21, 2024] TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE 45 "(1) ஆ்ணயத்தின் கூட்டம், ே்லவரி்டம் கைல்நேோரலோசித்து உறுப்பினர்-கசயல�ோல் மோேம் ஒரு மு்ற கூட்டப்ப்ட ரவண்டும்: இருப்பினும், ரே்வரயறபடின், சிறப்புக கூட்டஙகைளும் ்்டத்ேப்ப்டலோம்." Amendment. In the said Rules, in rule 26, after sub-rule (2), the following sub-rule shall be inserted, namely:- "(2-A). In the event of imposition of penalty under Section 33 of the Act on the public servant or the public authority concerned, such amount of penalty shall be deposited by the said public servant or the public authority by treasury challan under the appropriate receipt Head of Account within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, failing which the amount shall be recovered from the salary of the public servant or the public authority concerned." Ms. No. 91, Co-operation, Food and Consumer Protection (B2), 31st July 2024, ஆடி 15, குர�ோதி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2055.] 2013-ஆம் ஆண்டு ரேசிய உணவுப் போதுகைோப்புச் சட்டத்தின், (மத்தியச் சட்டம் 20/2013) 40-ஆம் பிரி்வச் ரசர்்நே உடபிரிவு (1)-இல் வழஙகைப்படடுள்்ள அதிகைோ�ஙகை்்ளக ககைோண்டு, ேமிழ்ோடடு ஆளு்ர் அவர்கைள் 2017-ஆம் ஆண்டு ேமிழ்ோடு உணவுப் போதுகைோப்பு விதிகைளில் 26-ஆம் விதியில் பின்வரும் திருத்ேத்்ே இேனோல் ரமறககைோள்கிறோர். இேன் வ்�வு ரமறகசோன்ன சட்டத்தின் 40-ஆம் பிரி்வச் ரசர்்நே (1) உடபிரிவில் ரகைோ�ப்பட்டவோறு முன்னர� கவளியி்டப்படடுள்்ளது. திருத்ேம் ரமறகசோன்ன விதிகைளில், 26-ஆம் விதியில் து்ண விதி (2)-ககு பின்னர், பின்வரும் து்ண விதி ரசர்த்துக ககைோள்்ளப்ப்டரவண்டும், அேோவது:- "(2-A). சட்டத்தின் 33-ஆம் பிரிவின் கீழ சம்ப்நேப்பட்ட அ�சுப் பணியோ்ளரின் அல்லது அ�சு அதிகைோரியின் மீது அப�ோேம் விதிககைப்படும் ர்ர்வில் அத்ே்கைய அப�ோேத் கேோ்கையோனது, ரமறகசோன்ன அ�சுப் பணியோ்ளர் அல்லது அ�சு அதிகைோரியோல் கைருவூலச் கசலுத்துச் சீடடு வோயிலோகை உரிய வ�வினக கைணககுத் ே்லப்பின்கீழ ஆ்ண கபறப்பட்ட ்ோளிலிரு்நது 30 ்ோடகைள் கைோல அ்ளவிறகுள் கசலுத்ேப்ப்ட ரவண்டும். ேவறும் ர்ர்வில், ரமறபடி அப�ோேத் கேோ்கையோனது சம்ப்நேப்பட்ட அ�சுப் பணியோ்ளர் அல்லது அ�சு அதிகைோரியின் சம்ப்ளத்திலிரு்நது பிடித்ேம் கசய்யப்ப்டரவண்டும்". ஜெ. இராதாகிருஷ்ணன், அ�சு கூடுேல் ே்ல்மச் கசயலோ்ளர்.
