[G.O. Ms. No. 395, Public (Establishment.I & Legislature), 24th June 2025, ஆனி 10, விசுவாாவாசு, திருவாள்ளுவார் ஆண்டு-2056.] No. SRO A-19/ 2025.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 read with sub-section (4) of section 12 of the Tamil Nadu Payment of Salaries Act, 1951 (Tamil Nadu Act XX of 1951), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendments to the Tamil Nadu Legislators’ (Medical Attendance and Treatment to Former Members) Rules, 1982. 2. The amendments hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st April 2024. Amendments. In the said Rules,- (1) in the first proviso to sub-rule (2) of rule 3, for the expression “Rs.75,000/- (Rupees Seventy five thousand only)”, the expression “Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One lakh only)” shall be substituted; (2) in the APPENDIX, in Form ‘C’, under the heading “Certificate”, for the expression “Rs.75,000/- (Rupees Seventy five thousand only)”, the expression “Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One lakh only)” shall be substituted.
