New Delhi, the 8th August, 2017
S.O. 2506(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), and in supersession notification of Government of India in the
Ministry of Road Transport & Highways S.O. No. 3226(E), dated 15th December, 2009 & amended
vide S.O. No. 2235(E), dated 20th September, 2012 except in respect of things done or omitted to be
done before such supersession. The Central Government hereby authorises the Additional District
Magistrate (Admn.), Bhilwara as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority
under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette,
in respect of the stretch of land from Km. 63.600 to Km. 156.600 of NH-79 for building
(widening/six-lanning etc.), maintenance, management and operation of the said National Highway
Nos. 79A, 79 and 76 in the State of Rajasthan.
