Act-2008, the Central Government hereby notifies Jaunpur Junction – Jaunpur City Chord line (2.2 km) project as a
Special Railway Project for acquisition of 8.00 hectare land, having length of 2.20 Km between Jaunpur Junction –
Jaunpur City Station in Jaunpur District in the State of Uttar Pradesh, for providing national infrastructure for a public
purpose with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
