AND WHEREAS, the Government are satisfied that No. II(2)/HO/283/2025.— Under section 6 of the the said financial establishment is not likely to return the Delhi Special Police Establishment Act, 1946 (Central Act deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government 25 of 1946), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby accords have to protect the interests of such depositors;
