Constitution of Sub-Court at Tirumangalam in Madurai No. II(2)/HO/853/2016.—In exercise of the power conferred
District under the Act. by the second paragraph of section 4 of the Tamil Nadu
Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873), the Governor
[G.O. Ms.No.841, Home (Cts-III), 28th November 2016.] of Tamil Nadu, after consultation with the High Court, Madras
hereby fixes the number of Subordinate Judge to be appointed
No. II(2)/HO/852/2016.—In exercise of the power conferred
to the Subordinate Judge’s Court at Tirumangalam in Madurai
by the first paragraph of section 4 of the Tamil Nadu
District as one with effect from the date on which the
Civil Courts Act,1873 (Central Act III of 1873), the Governor
Subordinate Judge, Tirumangalam assumes charge of that
of Tamil Nadu, hereby alters the number of Subordinate
Court.
