Sub: Anti-Dumping Investigation concerning import of Hot Rolled Flat Products of Stainless Steel
304 series from the People’s Republic of China, the Republic of Korea and Malaysia
F. No. 14/30/2013-DGAD:—Having regard to the Customs Tariff Act 1975 as amended in 1995
(hereinafter referred to as the Act) and the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-
Dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, thereof, and the Final
Findings issued by the Designated Authority vide Notification No.14/30/2013-DGAD dated 9th March 2015,
read with corrigendum Notification of even No. dated 9th April 2015 in the above anti-dumping investigation.
2. And whereas duties are in force on imports of Hot Rolled Flat Products of Stainless Steel of ASTM
Grade 304 with all its variants having width upto 1250 mm originating in, or exported from, European Union,
Korea RP, South Africa, Taiwan and USA vide Customs Notification No. 104 /2011-Customs dated the 25th
November, 2011
3. And whereas the duties have been recommended after analysis of the latest data, the Authority hereby
amends the duty table in the said Notification No. No.14/30/2013-DGAD dated 9th April, 2015 as follows:
