CORRIGENDUM NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 13th January, 2016
Subject: - Anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of ‘Linear Alkyl Benzene’ originating in or
exported from Iran, Qatar and China PR.
No. 14/20/2015-DGAD.—Having regard to the Customs Tariff Act 1975, as amended from time to
time (hereinafter also referred to as the Act) and the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and
Collection of Anti-Dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules 1995, as
amended from time to time (hereinafter also referred to as the Rules) thereof, the Designated Authority has
issued the Initiation notification, vide notification No. 14/20/2015-DGAD dated 07 December, 2015 in
respect of the subject anti-dumping investigation.
2. The Para 19 of the aforesaid initiation notification is modified as under:
19 “All the interested parties are hereby advised to intimate their interest (including the nature of interest) in
the instant matter and file their questionnaire responses and offer their comments to the domestic industry’s
application within 40 days from the date of initiation of this investigation”.
