Whereas, the Central Government has reasons to believe that the aforesaid person has absconded or has been concealing himself so that the said detention order cannot be executed. 3. Now, therefore, in exercise of powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 8 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby directs the aforesaid person to appear before the Director General of Police, Rajasthan within 10 days of the publication of this order in the official Gazette.
