S.O. 5455(E).— In exercise of the power conferred by clause (c) of Sub-Section 1 of Section 4 of the Securities
and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992), the Central Government hereby makes the following further
amendment in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Economic Affairs,
number S.O. 147(E) dated 21st February, 1992 namely: -
In the said Notification, against serial number 3, for the existing entry, the following shall be substituted, namely: -
“Shirish Chandra Murmu ....... Member”
