Neelamani N Raju as Member of the Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority which falls vacant on 31.5.2021 due to superannuation of Shri Syed Adoni Saleem. 2) Before taking charge as Member of the Authority, the person so appointed shall, as a condition precedent, vacate office, if any, under the State / Central Government or any Public Undertaking or any Government body held by her or is otherwise gainfully employed or engaged in the service of any person, either by way of resignation or taking voluntary retirement from such service. 3) The term of the Member shall be for a period of five years from the date of her assumption of charge of the post or till she attains the age of sixty five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier, and she shall not be eligible for re- appointment.
