of Tribunal (Conditions of Service) Rules, 2021, the President hereby appoints Mr. Justice Ramesh Ranganathan to
the post of Chairperson of the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (APTEL) in the salary of Rs. 250000/- (fixed) per
month, for a period of 04 years with effect from the forenoon of the 2nd December 2022, or till attaining the age of
70 years, whichever is earlier.
