NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 13th March, 2026
O.N. 12(E).—In pursuance of the provisions of sub-section (1) of Section 13AA of the Representation of the
People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), the Election Commission of India, in consultation with the Government of West Bengal,
hereby directs that the following amendment shall be made in Notification No. 508/WB/2023 dated 01.09.2023, relating
to the appointment of District Election Officers for Districts in the State of West Bengal.
2. In the table appended to the said Notification, for the existing entry against the Kolkata North, the same shall
be substituted by the following entry, namely:—
