of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (46 of 2023), read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home
Affairs Notification No. 11011/2/74-UTL (i) dated the 20th March, 1974, the Competent Authority, is pleased to
appoint the following 07 Law Officers of Central Bureau of Investigation, as Special Public Prosecutors. They shall
conduct all court proceedings including Bail, Trial, Appeals, and all other Miscellaneous matters incidental to and
connected with POCSO Act for conducting CBI cases of POCSO Act.
