S.O. 3916(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 to 7 contained in Chapter II of
the Tribunals Reform Act, 2021, the Tribunal (Condition of Servicie) Rules, 2021 and with the approval
of the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC), conveyed by Department of Personnel and
Training vide communication No. 9/17/2022 EO(SM-II) dated 28.07.2022, the Central Government
hereby appoints the following to the post of Member, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission
(NCDRC) as per details given below, for a period of 04 years with effect from the date of assumption of the
charge, or till attaining the age of 67 years, or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
