S.O. 3899(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 4 of the Tea Act,
1953 (29 of 1953), read with rules 4 and 5 of the Tea Rules, 1954, the Central Government hereby appoints
the following persons as members of the Tea Board, for a period of three years from the date of publication
of this notification in the Official Gazette and makes the following further amendments in the notification
of the Government of India, in the erstwhile Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Tea Control), number
