S.O. 3384(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 4 of the Pension Fund Regulatory
and Development Authority (PFRDA) Act, 2013, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Parshant
Kumar Goyal, Joint Secretary, Department of Financial Services, as Part-time Member, Pension Fund
Regulatory and Development Authority with immediate effect, for the duration of his tenure in his present
appointment or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
