New Delhi, the 22nd Feburary, 2024
O.N. 41(E).—In pursuance of the provision of Section 21 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951
(43 of 1951), and in supersession of the Commission’s Notification No.434/MR/2009(1) dated 21st January, 2009, the
Election Commission of India hereby designates, in consultation with the state Government of Manipur, the officers
of the Government, as specified in column 2 of the Table below as the Returning Officers for the Parliamentary
Constituency in the State of Manipur, as specified in column 1 of the said Table against such officers of the
Government in the performance of the functions of such Returning Officer:—
