New Delhi, the 15th June, 2022
O.N. 49(E).—In pursuance of the provision of Section 21 of the Representation of the People
Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), and in supersession of its notification issued earlier in this behalf, the Election
Commission of India hereby designates, in consultation with the Government of UT of Jammu and
Kashmir, the Officers of the Government specified in column (2) of the table below as Returning Officer of
the Parliamentary Constituency in the UT of Jammu and Kashmir as determined by the delimitation of
Parliamentary and Assembly Constituency vide Delimitation Commission’s Notification No. 282/J&K/
2022 (Vol. IV), dated 5th May, 2022 read with Ministry of Law and Justice (Legislative Department)
Notification No. S.O. 2223(E) dated 20.05.2022 and as specified in column (1) of the said Table against
such Officer:-
