No. 434/KT-LA/2023(1): In pursuance of the provision of section 21 of the Representation
of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission of India, in consultation with the
State Government of Karnataka hereby, makes the following amendment in its notification No.
434/KT-LA/2023 (1) dated: 06.02.2023, as amended from time to time relating to the appointment
of Returning Officers for Assembly constituency in the State of Karnataka. In Column (2) of the
table appended to the said notification in respect of following Assembly Constituency shown in
column (1) of the said table, for the existing entry, following corresponding entry shall be
substituted.
