L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-05072023-247062 xxxGIDHxxx CG-DL-E-05072023-247062 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (ii) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 2816] नई दिल्ली, बुधिार, िुलाई 5, 2023/आषाढ़ 14, 1945 No. 2816] NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY, JULY 5, 2023/ASHADHA 14, 1945 जिद्यतु मत्रं ालय अजधसचू ना नई दिल्ली, 4 िुलाई, 2023 का.आ. 2941(अ).—दिनांक 17.08.2006 को अजधसूजचत और दिनांक 16.05.2016 को यथासंिोजधत मुख्य िैद्युत जनरीक्षक और िैद्युत जनरीक्षकों की अर्तह ा, िजि और कायह जनयमािली, 2006 (जिसे इसके बाि “उि जनयमािली” कर्ा गया र्)ै के साथ पठित जिद्युत अजधजनयम, 2003 (2003 का 36) की धारा 162 की उपधारा (1) के अंतगहत प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, केंद्र सरकार एतिद्व् ारा श्री िेिेन्द्द्र ित्त जमश्रा, कायहकारी जनिेिक, रोललगं स्ट्टॉक, पणु े मेरो को इस अजधसूचना की तारीख से एनएमआरपी म ें उनके कायहकाल तक अथिा अगले आिेिों तक, िो भी पर्ल े र्ो, उपयुहि जनयमों में उजल्लजखत ितों को परू ा करन े के अध्यधीन नागपुर मेरो रेल प्रोिेक्ट (एनएमआरपी) के जलए मख्ु य िैद्युत जनरीक्षक के रूप म ेंजनयिु करती र्।ै उपयुहि उजल्लजखत अजधकारी समय-समय पर यथासंिोजधत केंद्रीय जिद्युत प्राजधकरण (सुरक्षा और जिद्युत आपूर्त ह स े संबंजधत उपाय) जिजनयम, 2010 म ें िी गई प्रदिया के अनुसार, एनएमआरपी द्वारा अजधकृत क्षेत्रों के भीतर अथिा एनएमआरपी के जनयंत्रणाधीन कायों और जिद्युत प्रजतष्ि ानों के संबंध म/ेंएनएमआरपी से संबंजधत प्रचालनाधीन िैद्युत कायों, िैद्युत संस्ट्थापनाओं तथा िैद्युत रोललगं स्ट्टॉक के संबंध में अपन े अजधकारों का प्रयोग करेंग े और अपने काय ह जनष्पादित करेंगे। यर् सुजनजित दकया िाएगा दक श्री िेिेन्द्द्र ित्त जमश्रा, कायहकारी जनिेिक, रोललगं स्ट्टॉक, पुण े मेरो के रूप म ें उन्द् र् ें सौंपे गए कायह के संबंध म ेंमुख्य िैद्युत जनरीक्षक नर्ीं र्ोंगे। 4270 GI/2023 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] मुख्य िैद्युत जनरीक्षक के रूप में जनयुि व् यजक्त िर् प्रजिक्षण लगें े जिसे केंद्र सरकार इस उद्देश्य के जलए आिश्यक समझे तथा ऐसा प्रजिक्षण सरकार की संतुजि के स्ट्तर तक पूरा दकया िाएगा। [फा. स.ं 42/5/2023-आरएण्डआर] पीयूष लसंर्, संयक्ु त सजचि MINISTRY OF POWER NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 4th July, 2023 S.O. 2941(E).—in exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section(1) of section 162 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003) read with Qualifications, Powers and Functions of Chief Electrical Inspector and Electrical Inspectors Rules, 2006 (herein after called the "said Rules") notified on 17.08.2006 and as amended on 16.05.2016, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Devendra Dutta Mishra, Executive Director, Rolling Stock, Pune Metro as Chief Electrical Inspector for Nagpur Metro Rail Project (NMRP), from the date of this Notification till his tenure in NMRP or till further orders, whichever is earlier, subject to fulfilment of the conditions as mentioned in the said Rules. The above mentioned officer shall exercise the powers and perform his functions in respect of electrical works, electrical installations and electrical rolling stock in operation within the areas occupied by the NMRP or in respect of works and electrical installations under the control of NMRP/belonging to NMRP as per the procedure provided in Central Electricity Authority (Measures relating to Safety and Electricity Supply) Regulations, 2010, as amended from time to time. It shall be ensured that Shri Devendra Dutta Mishra shall not function as the Chief Electrical Inspector in respect of the work assigned to him as Executive Director, Rolling Stock, Pune Metro. The person appointed as Chief Electrical Inspector shall undergo such training as the Central Government may consider necessary for the purpose and such training shall be completed to the satisfaction of the Government.
