L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-15122023-250693 CG-DxLx-xEG-I1D5H1x2x2x0 23-250693 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (ii) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 5120] नई ददल्ली, िुििार, ददसम्ब र 15, 2023/अग्रहायण 24, 1945 No. 5120] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, DECEMBER 15, 2023/AGRAHAYANA 24, 1945 जिद्यतु मत्रं ालय अजधसचू ना नई ददल् ली, 15 ददसम् बर, 2023 का.आ. 5349(अ).—ददनांक 17.08.2006 को अजधसूजचत और ददनांक 16.05.2016 को यथासंिोजधत मुख्य िैद्युत जनरीक्षक और िैद्युत जनरीक्षकों की अहतह ा, िजि और कायह जनयमािली, 2006 (जिसे इसके बाद “उि जनयमािली” कहा गया ह)ै के साथ पठित जिद्युत अजधजनयम, 2003 (2003 का 36) की धारा 162 की उपधारा (1) के अंतगहत प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, केंद्र सरकार एतदद्वारा श्री ध्िजनत िमाह, डीिीएम (ईएंडएम), िीएमआरसीएल को इस अजधसूचना की तारीख से िीएमआरसीएल में उनके कायहकाल तक अथिा अगले आदिे ों तक, िो भी पहले हो, उपयुहि जनयमों में उजल्लजखत ितों को पूरा करन े के अध्यधीन, गुिरात मेरो रेल कापोरेिन जलजमटेड (िीएमआरसीएल) के जलए िैद्युत जनरीक्षक के रूप में जनयिु करती ह।ै उपयुहि उजल्लजखत अजधकारी समय-समय पर यथासंिोजधत केंद्रीय जिद्युत प्राजधकरण (सुरक्षा और जिद्युत आपूर्तत से संबंजधत उपाय) जिजनयम, 2010 म ें दी गई प्रदिया के अनसु ार, िीएमआरसीएल द्वारा अजधकृत क्षेत्रों के भीतर अथिा िीएमआरसीएल के जनयंत्रणाधीन कायों और जिद्युत प्रजतष िानों के संबंध में/ िीएमआरसीएल से संबंजधत प्रचालनाधीन िैद्युत कायों, िैद्युत संस्ट्थापनाओं तथा िैद्युत रोललग स्ट्टॉक के संबंध म ें अपने अजधकारों का प्रयोग करत े हुए अपने काय ह जनष्पाददत करेंगे। यह सुजनजित दकया िाएगा दक श्री ध्िजनत िमाह, डीिीएम (ईएंडएम) िीएमआरसीएल के रूप में उन् ह ें से पे गए कायों के संबंध म ें िैद्युत जनरीक्षक नहीं होंगे। 7756 GI/2023 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] िैद्युत जनरीक्षक के रूप म ें जनयिु व् यज‍त िह प्रजिक्षण लेंग े जिसे केंद्र सरकार इस उद्देश्य के जलए आिश्यक समझे तथा ऐसा प्रजिक्षण सरकार की संतुजि के स्ट्तर तक पूरा दकया िाएगा। [फा. सं.-42/5/2023-आरएण्डआर] पीयूष लसह, संयुि सजचि MINISTRY OF POWER NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 15th December, 2023 S.O. 5349(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section(1) of section 162 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003) read with Qualifications, Powers and Functions of Chief Electrical Inspector and Electrical Inspectors Rules, 2006 (herein after called the "said Rules") notified on 17.08.2006 and as amended on 16.05.2016, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Dhvanit Sharma, DGM (E&M), GMRCL as Electrical Inspector for Gujarat Metro Rail Corporation Ltd (GMRCL), from the date of this Notification till his tenure in GMRCL or further orders, whichever is earlier, subject to fulfillment of the conditions as mentioned in the said Rules. The above mentioned officer shall exercise the powers and perform his functions in respect of electrical works, electrical installations and electrical rolling stock in operation within the areas occupied by the GMRCL or in respect of works and electrical installations under the control of GMRCL/ belonging to GMRCL as per the procedure provided in Central Electricity Authority (Measures relating to Safety and Electricity Supply) Regulations, 2010, as amended from time to time. It shall be ensured that Shri Dhvanit Sharma shall not function as the Electrical Inspector in respect of the work assigned to him as DGM (E&M) GMRCL. The person appointed as Electrical Inspector shall undergo such training as the Central Government may consider necessary for the purpose and such training shall be completed to the satisfaction of the Government.
