President hereby appoints Shri Harish Dudani, Former Principal Judge (Family Court), Delhi High Court as Member,
Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) on consolidated pay of Rs. 5,00,000/- per month (without house
and car) for a period of five years w.e.f. 6th August 2024, or till he attains the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier.
