NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 24th March, 2026
S.O. 1554(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) (d) and sub-section (4) of section 4 of
the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992), read with rule 3 of the Securities and Exchange
Board of India (Terms and Conditions of Service of Chairman and Members) Rules, 1992, the Central Government
hereby appoints Shri Kompella Venkata Ramana Murty, IDAS (1991) (Retd.), former Additional Controller General of
Defence Accounts, Ministry of Defence, to the post of Whole-Time Member, Securities & Exchange Board of India
(SEBI), for a period of three years from the date of assumption of charge of the post, or until further orders,
whichever is earlier.
