S.O. 6100(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of Sub-Section (l) of Section 4 of the
Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992), read with Rule 19A of the Securities and Exchange
Board of India (Terms and Conditions of Service of Chairman and Members) Rules, 1992, the Central Government
hereby appoints Shri N. Venkatram, Country Chair, CDPQ India, CDPQ Global, as Part-Time Member of the
Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), for a period of three years from the date of assumption of charge of
the post, or until attaining the age of seventy years, or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
