F. No. 47/6/2023-R&R.— In terms of section 76 (6) read with section 89(1) of the Electricity Act,
2003, the President hereby appoints Shri Raj Kumar Chaudhary, former Chairman and Managing Director,
NHPC Ltd., as Chairperson of the Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission for the UT of Jammu & Kashmir
and the UT of Ladakh, in level 17 of the pay matrix, w.e.f. 22.09.2025, for a period of 05 years or, till attaining
