New Delhi, the 17th May, 2022
S.O. 2272(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 4 of the Agricultural
and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority Act, 1985 (2 of 1986), read with rule 3 of the
Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority Rules, 1986, the Central Government
hereby appoints the following members of the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development
Authority for a period of two years with effect from the date of publication of this notification and for that
purpose makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile
Ministry of Commerce number S.O. 486(E), dated the 12th day of August, 1986, namely:-
