NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th January, 2023
S.O. 455(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Tobacco Board Act, 1975 (4 of 1975),
the Central Government hereby appoints the following persons to be the members of the Tobacco Board and for that
purpose makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile
Ministry of Commerce (Tobacco Industry Development Control), number S.O.5417, dated the 17th December, 1975,
namely:-
In the said notification, under the heading, “Elected under clause (b) of sub-section (4) of section 4”, for
serial numbers 2 and 3 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be substituted,
namely:-
“2. Shri Arvind Dharmapuri, Member (Elected by the Lok Sabha)
Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha
3. Shri Balashowry Vallabbhaneni, Member of Member (Elected by the Lok Sabha)”.
