S.O. 1762(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 3 of the Tribunals Reform
Act, 2021 and the Rule 3(12) of the Tribunal (Conditions of Service) Rules, 2021 and with the approval of the
Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) conveyed by the Department of Personnel and Training vide
communication no 9/5/2025-EO(SM.II) dated 25.03.2025, the Central Government hereby appoints the following to the
posts of the Member, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC), as per details given below, for a
period of four years or till he attains the age of 67(Sixty-Seven) years or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
