NOTIFICATION
Jaipur, the 17th December, 2024
S.O. 5454(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (6) of section 20 F(6) of Railways
(Amendment) Act,2008 (11of 2008) (hereafter referred to as the said Act), the appointment of Divisional
Commissioner, Jaipur as Arbitrator vide Gazette Notification No. 4264 dated 23rd October-2024 is hereby cancelled
with immediate effect.
The Government of Rajasthan vide their letter No.प26. )37(परि / िेलवे / भू.आ./2021 dated 10.122024. has
recommended the Divisional Commissioner Udaipur as Arbitrator. Therefore, Central Government hereby appoints
the arbitrator mentioned in column (2) of the Table below to perform the functions as such authority under the said
Act, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the special
railway project of Badi Sadri-Nimach New Broad Gauge Rail Line Project in the State of Rajasthan relating to
District mentioned in Column (3) of the said Table for the purpose of execution, maintenance , management and
operation.
