The Affairs of the TNH. 92, Ayanbommiahpuram Sengunthar Weavers Co-operative Production and Sale Society
Ltd., (Liquidated) in Ayanbommiahpuram, Vilathikulam Taluk, Tuticorin District which were ordered to be wound up
under section 137(2) (b) and 138 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act 30 of 1983 are finally closed and the
registration of the above Society is hereby cancelled under section 140 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act
30 of 1983.

No. VI(1)/147/2025.
Whereas it appears to appropriate Government that a total of Extent 971 Square metre situated in
Survey No. 26/3B of land is required in the Puthagaram village in Madhavaram Taluk in Chennal District for
a public purpose to wit, Public Works Department (Water Resources Department) already been constructed
canal for surplus water to reach Madhavaram Retteri from the outlet of Korattur Lake. Further under Chapter II
of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (RFCTLARR)
Act 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013) the Social Impact Assessment Agency and team exempted on to submit the summary
report on preliminary investigation of the Social Impact Assessment study.
Now no families are likely to be displaced due to the acquisition for the above said project. In any way the excise
of powers conferred by under section 3(g) of the RFCTLARR Act 2013 the District Collector hereby appointed the
Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition) (incharge), Chennai City Water Ways Scheme, Ambattur as Administrator for the
purpose of rehabilitation and resettlement of the affected families and authorise the Land Acquisition Officer to perform
the functions of a Collector under the Act. Therefore it is notified that for the above said project in Puthagaram village,
Madhavaram Taluk, Chennai District land measuring an extent of 971 Squaremetre, whose details are specified in the
Schedule below is under acquisition.

This notification is made under sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency
in Land acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act 30, 2013), to all whom it may concern.
A Plan of the land may be inspected in the office of the Collector and Public Works Department (WRD) on any
working day during the working hours.
The Government is pleased to authorize Public Works Department (WRD), Kosasathalaiyaru Division, Tiruvallur his
staff to enter upon a survey land, take levels of any land, dig or bore into the sub-soil and do all other acts required
for the proper execution of their work as provided and specified in section 12 of the said Act.
Under sub-section (4) of section 11 of the said Act, no person shall make any transaction or cause any transaction
of land i.e sale / purchase, etc, or create any encumbrances on such land from the date of publication of this notification
in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette without prior approval of the Collector.
Objections to the acquisition, if any, may be filed by the person interested within 60 (Sixty) days from the date
of publication of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette as provided under section 15 of the said Act
before the Chennai District Collector appointed Land Acquisition Officer /Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition) (incharge),
Chennai City Water Ways Scheme, Ambattur to perform the functions of collector under the Act.

Whereas it appears to the appropriate Government has given Administrative Sanction that a total of 1.92.00
hectares of land is required in the Naduvakurichi Village in Sattankulam Taluk in Thoothukudi District for public purpose
namely Tamirabarani Karumeniyar Nambiyar interlinking Flood Carrier Canal Project. Environmental Impact Assessment
Study for the irrigation project (i.e) formation of Flood Carrier Canal from Kannadian channel to Drought Prone Areas
of Sattankulam, Thisaiyanvilai by interlinking Tamirabarani, Karumeniyar, Nambiyar rivers in Tirunelveli and Thoothukudi
districts in Tamil Nadu has been carried out by “WAPCOS” under the section 3(3) of the Environmental Protection Act
1986. The land is acquired to wit for the formation of flood carrier Canal. As the environment Impact Assessment study
has been carried out for this irrigation project. Social impact Assessment shall not apply according to the provision of the
sub section 6(2) of Right to Fair compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabitation and Resettlement Act
2013. Canal yet to be digged for Flood carrier project. No family was displaced due to the land acquisition of 1.92.00
hectares in this project. The Revenue Divisional Officer, Tiruchendur is appointed as Administrator for the purpose of
Rehabilitation and Resettlement. Therefore, it is notified that for the above said project in the Naduvakurichi Village
of Sattankulam Taluk in Thoothukudi District, land measuring an extent of 1.92.00 hectares, the details of which are

No.34/2025—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 11 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha
Sanhita, 2023 (Act No.46 of 2023), the High Court hereby appoints the following (i) 8 Deputy Tahsildars in Tiruvallur
District and (ii) 8 Deputy Tahsildar in Cuddalore District, as Special Judicial Magistrates, to undergo Magisterial Training
for a period of 120 days, from the date of assumption of charge and confers upon them the ordinary powers conferable
under this Code on a Judicial Magistrate to try such cases which were earlier triable and dealt with by an erstwhile Judicial
Second Class Magistrate.
