NOTIFICATION In exercise of powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 8-A of the Karnataka Sales Tax Act, 1957 (Karnataka Act 25 of 1957) (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act” in this Notification), read with Section 21 of the Karnataka General Clauses Act, 1899 (Karnataka Act III of 1899), and in partial modification of the Notification No. FD 97 CSL 2021, dated:04-11-2021, published in the Karnataka Gazette, Extraordinary, Part IV-A, No.856, Dated:04-11-2021, the Government of Karnataka, hereby reduces the Tax payable by a dealer under Section 5 of the said Act on the sale of Aviation Fuel to 18% with effect from the 1st day of January, 2022.
