S.O. 2805(E).—In pursuance of the provisions of section 22 of the Mines and Minerals
(Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (67 of 1957), the Central Government hereby authorises the
following officers of the Atomic Minerals Directorate for Exploration and Research to prefer complaints in
writing in respect of any offence punishable under the said Act or the rules made thereunder in respect of
minerals specified in Part B of the First Schedule to the said Act, namely: —
1. The Director.
2. Head, Mining Regulatory Group.
