अदेि, 2020 में अग ेसंिोधन हते ु जनम्ांदकत अदिे करती ह,ै नामतः:-
1. लघिु ीर् शऔर प्रारंभन.– (1). आस अदेि को ऑटोमोठटि व्हील ठरम संघटक (गुणित्ता जनयंत्रण) जद्वतीय संिोधन अदेि,
2021 कहा जाएगा।
(2) यह सरकारी राजपत्र म ेंऄपने प्रकािन की तारीख़ से प्रभािी होगा।
2. (I) ऑटोमोजबल व्हील ठरम संघटक (गुणित्ता जनयंत्रण) अदेि, 2020 में परै ाग्राफ 1 में, (3) के ईप-पैराग्राफ (ii) के
जलए जनम्ांदकत ईप-पैराग्राफ को प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकया जाएगा, नामतः:-
"(ii) बिते यह भी दक आस अदेि की कोइ भी बात केंद्रीय मोटर िाहन जनयमािली, 1989 के जनयम 126 के
ईपबंधों के ऄंतगशत िाहन जिजनमाशता द्वारा भारत म ेंअयाजतत िाहन में प्रयिु ऑटोमोजबल व्हील ठरम पर
ऄनुप्रयिु नहीं होगी।"

ORDER
New Delhi, the 22nd October, 2021
S.O. 4493(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of
section 16, read with section 17 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the
Central Government, after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, is of the opinion that it is
necessary so to do in the public interest, hereby makes the following Order further to amend the
Automobile Wheel Rim Component (Quality Control) Order, 2020, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.– (1) This Order may be called the Automobile Wheel Rim
Component (Quality Control) Second Amendment Order, 2021.
(2). It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. (I) In the Automobile Wheel Rim Component (Quality Control) Order, 2020, in paragraph 1,
for sub-paragraph (ii) of (3) , the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely:-
"(ii) Provided further that nothing in this Order shall apply to Automobile Wheel Rims
used in the vehicle imported in India by vehicle manufacturer under the provisions of rule
126 of Central Motor Vehicle rules, 1989".
(II) In the Automobile Wheel Rim Component (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2021
dated: 28th May, 2021, in paragraph 2, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub- paragraph
shall be substituted, namely:-
“(2) It shall come into force with effect from 21.09.2022.”
