NOTIFICATION
No. DPAR 15 CHUVIPA 2024, Bengaluru, Dated: 18th June, 2024.
Whereas, Biennial Election to the Karnataka Legislative Council has been held in
pursuance of the notification issued under Section 16 of the Representation of the People Act,
1951 (Central Act 43 of 1951) for the purpose of filling eleven (11) seats of the members of
the Karnataka Legislative Council elected by the members of the Karnataka Legislative
Assembly, whose term of office expired on 17th June, 2024.
Now, therefore, in pursuance of Section 74 of the said Act, the names of the members
elected by the members of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly at the said election are hereby
notified for general information :-
