The list of names not included in the draft electoral roll is available on the websites of District Election Officers (DEOs)/District Magistrates (DMs) and the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) in a searchable format using the EPIC number. Aggrieved persons can submit claims with a copy of their Aadhaar card.
The SIR initiative began on June 24, 2025, and the draft list was shared with 12 recognized political parties in Bihar. Electors can check their names in the draft roll by entering their EPIC number at Link 2. Form 6 can be used to file claim with Aadhaar card copy before 1 Sep 2025 (Link 3) and Form 7 can be used to file objections before 1 Sep 2025 (Link 3). BLAs can submit collected Forms 6 and 7 with a declaration to the BLO (Link 4).
