In pursuance of the provisions contained in sub-section (2) of section 53 of the Representation
of the People Act, 1951, read with sub-rule (1) of rule 11 of the Conduct of Elections Rules, 1961,
I declare that-
Sri. N.S. Boseraju, L-214, Nijalingappa Colony, Raichur-584101, Sponsored by Indian
National Congress has been duly elected to fill the vacancy caused in that House due to the
reason of Sri Baburao Chinchansur, Member of Legislative Council, resigned to his
membership on 20.03.2023, before the expiration of his term of office which was upto 17.06.2024.
