NOTIFICATION
No. 155/KT-LC/2024 (2): - In pursuance of the provision of sub-section (1) of Section (22) of
the Representation of the People Act, 1951(43 of 1951), the Election Commission of India,
hereby makes the following amendment in it’s notifications No. 155/KT-LC/2007(2)
dated 27th September, 2007 as amended from time to time, relating to appointment of
Assistant Returning Officers for Council Constituencies in the State of Karnataka:-
In the table appended to the said notification, under the heading
“TEACHERS’ CONSTITUENCIES”-
Against entry “Bangalore Teachers” of column (1), the entry “4. Special Commissioner
(Admin) Bruhath Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike, Bengaluru” after the existing entries
shall be added in column (2).
