(1) These rules may be called the Commission for Air Quality Management in National Capital Region and Adjoining Areas (Other Associated Members of the Commission) Amendment Rules, 2025. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Commission for Air Quality Management in National Capital Region and Adjoining Areas (Other Associated Members of the Commission) Rules, 2023, in rule 2, - (i) in clause (h), for the words “Dairying; and” the word “Dairying;” shall be substituted; (ii) after clause (i), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:- “(j) any subject expert on air pollution as nominated by the Central Government.”.
