Private Limited (MHEPL). MHEPL along with the Acquirer (including its affiliates) is present in the
healthcare sector in India operating a network of hospitals providing multi-specialty care under the brand
name ‘Manipal Hospitals’.
Sahyadri Hospitals Private Limited(Target) operates a multi-speciality hospital chain in Maharashtra,
