Under Section 23(3) of IMCC Act, 1970 the Register shall be deemed to be a public documents within the meaning of Indian Evidence Act, 1872 (1 of 1872) and may be proved by a copy published in the Gazette of India. Now, therefore, in pursuance of Sub-section (2) of Section 23 of the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970, the Registrar, Central Council of Indian Medicine, New Delhi hereby amends the Central Register of Indian Medicine pertaining to Jammu & Kashmir State by including the names of persons subsequently enrolled in the State Register from 1st April, 2013 to 31st March, 2014 by inserting serial No. 191245 of Ayurveda and 26988 of Unani onwards after the existing last Serial No. 191304 of Ayurved and 27004 of Unani which is to be published in the Gazette of India for general information.
