L.-33004/99 xxxGIDHxxx सी.जी.-डी.एल.-xअxx.G-1ID5E0x7x2x 020-220529 CG-DL-E-15072020-220529 असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण्ड 3—उप-खण्ड (ii) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 2064] नई ददल्ली, मगं लवार, जलु ाई 14, 2020/ आषाढ़ 23, 1942 No. 2064] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, JULY 14, 2020/ASADHA 23, 1942 परे ोजलयम और प्राकृजतक गसै मत्रं ालय अजधसचू ना नई ददल्ली, 14 जलु ाई, 2020 का.आ. 2341(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, पेरोजलयम और खजनज पाइपलाइन (भूजम म ें उपयोग के अजधकार का अजजन) अजधजनयम 1962 (1962 का 50) (जजसे इसमें इसके पश्चात उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) भारत के राजपत्र, (असाधारण) के अधीन जारी की गयी भारत सरकार के पेरोजलयम और प्राकृजतक गैस मंत्रालय की अजधसूचना संख़्या का. आ 2841(अ), तारीख 01 अगस्ट्त 2019 मे प्रकजित की गई थी, द्वरा उस अजधसुचना से संलंग्न अनुसूची मे जवजनर्ददष्ट भूजम म े इंजडयन ऑयल कॉपोरेिन जलजमटेड द्वरा तजमलनाडू राज्य मे एन्नोर– जतरुवल्लूर – बेंगलुरु – पुदचु ेरी– नागपट्टिनम – मदरु ै – टूट्टटकोट्टरन प्राकृजतक गैस पाइपलाइन के माध्यम से प्राकृजतक गैस के पट्टरवहन के जलए पाइपलाइन जबछाने के प्रयोजन के जलए उपयोग के अजधकार का अजजन करन े के अपन ेआश्य की घोषणा की थी। और उक्त आजधसूचना की प्रजतयााँ जनता को तारीख 07 अगस्ट्त 2019 को उपलब् ध करा दी गई थी। और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 6 की उप - And whereas, copies of the said notifications were made available to the public from 07th August 2019. And whereas, the Competent Authority in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act has submitted his report to the Central Government; And whereas, the Central Government, after considering the said report is satisfied that the Right of User in the Land specified in the Schedule appended to this notification should be acquired; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the Right of User in the said Land specified in the Schedule appended to this notification is hereby acquired for laying the pipeline; And further, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 6 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby directs that the Right of User in the said Land shall instead of vesting in the Central Government, vest from the date of publication of this declaration, in the Indian Oil Corporation Limited free from all encumbrances. Indian Oil Corporation Limited shall be exclusively liable for any compensation in terms of section 10 of the P & M P Act, 1962 and no suit, claim or legal proceeding would lie against the Central Government on any matter relating to pipeline.
