S.O. 2010(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highway Act,
1956 (48 of 1956) the Central Government here by authorizes the District Land Acquisition Officer, Saran as the[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का राजपत्र : असाधारण 3
competent Authority to perform the function of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of
publication of this notification in the official Gazette in respect of the stretch of land specified in the corresponding
entry in column (3) of the said Schedule relating to state, districts, taluk and villages mentioned in column (4), (5), (6)
and (7) respectively of the said Schedule for Preparation of Feasibility Study and Detailed Project Report for
Improvement to Four laning/Two Lane with Paved shoulder of NH-101 of Chhapra - Mohammadpur section
including Chhapra Bypass connecting NH-85 & NH-19 (Chhapra – Manjhi Ghat section) in Bihar on EPC
Mode standard & geometric improvement, maintenance management and operation in the state of Bihar as specified
in the schedule givenbelow.
