New Delhi, the 31st July, 2020
S.O. 2559(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 105 and 105A of Memorandum
and Articles of Association of the Oriental Insurance Company Limited (OICL), the Central Government
hereby appoints Smt. S.N. Rajeswari, General Manager, the New India Assurance Company Limited, as
Chairman-cum-Managing Director of the Oriental Insurance Company Limited (OICL) in the scale of pay
of Rs.2,05,400-2,24,400/- for a period from the date of notification of her appointment till the date of her
superannuation i.e. 31.05.2022, or until further orders, whichever is the earlier.
