S.O. 2091(E). —In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorities the officers mentioned in column (2) of the schedule
annexed here to as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)]
from the date of Publication of this Notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in the
corresponding entry in column (3) of the said schedule relating to Districts, Taluk/Mandal, Police Station and Villages
mentioned in column (4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said Schedule for building (widening two/four – laning
etc.), maintenance, management and operation of Kalwakurthy-Mallapally Section of NH-167 (Erstwhile SH-18) from
km 67/000 to km 114/425 in Nagarkurnool and Nalgonda District in the State of Telangana as specified in the Schedule
given below:
