Central Government hereby authorizes Additional Director Project Rajasthan Refinery Barmer to perform the functions of Competent Authority for Barmer Palanpur Pipeline Project of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited

Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby authorizes Additional Director,
Project Rajasthan Refinery, Barmer, to perform the functions of Competent Authority for Barmer Palanpur Pipeline
Project of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, under the said Act, within the territory of Barmer & Jalor
Districts of Rajasthan State. This is effective from the date of notification.
