S. O. 2299(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the Special land Acquisition Officer, Birbhum as the
competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication
of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of “Establishment of NH-114A with a minimum of 2-Lane with
paved shoulder configuration starting from Mansuba More on NH-60 to Sinrichura (Jharkhand border), total length of
Road 14 km in the District of Birbhum, West Bengal” as specified in the Schedule given below.
