New Delhi, the 12th October, 2020
S.O. 3550(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National
Highways Act, 1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the Sub Divisional Officer
(Revenue) Pendra Road District Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi as the competent authority to perform the
functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification
in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from Km 0.000 to Km 15.535 of the National
Highway No-45 for Building (widening / two-four-laning, Bypass etc.) Maintenance, management and
operation (Kabirchabutra- Keonchi Road) in the State of Chhattisgarh as specified in the Schedule given
below.
